Job Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to move soil, clear land, and perform grading and excavation on construction and land development sites. Ensures safe and efficient operation while adhering to project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental protection guidelines.

Principal Duties

• Operate a bulldozer to move, flatten, and level soil, rock, and other materials.
• Perform land clearing, excavation, and site preparation.
• Control the angle and height of the dozer blade for accurate leveling.
• Inspect and assess the work area before commencing operations.
• Follow project plans, site plans, and engineers instructions.
• Perform daily equipment inspections before and after use.
• Identify and report mechanical problems to the maintenance team.
• Report accidents, hazards, and equipment damage immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozer, excavator, or similar).
• Valid drivers license or equipment operator certification.
• Strong commitment to safety and equipment care.
• Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon.

Job Summary

Directly reporting to the Construction Team (Project Engineer). Shall be assigned in all construction-related works, repair projects, including warranty repairs of turned-over projects of the company.

Principal Duties

• Assist the project engineer in implementation of construction and repair projects.
• Report accomplishments and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Safekeep all tools, materials, and equipment issued.
• Assist in installation of structural components such as reinforcing bars and mesh.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mason, carpenter, or related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Tools and Equipment Supervisor and Jr. Mechanical Engineer, responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to designated locations.

Principal Duties

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles including tractor-trailer combinations and straight trucks.
• Load and unload cargo ensuring goods are secured properly for transport.
• Plan and execute delivery routes considering traffic, weather, and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage and complete required documentation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid professional drivers license.
• At least 3-5 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon.

Directly reporting to the Project Engineer. Checks construction project activities and manpower loading. In charge of safekeeping, monitoring, and maintenance of all fixed assets and properties of the company.

Principal Duties

• Check daily project activities and manpower scheduling.
• Transfer and deliver materials, tools, and equipment from one location to another.
• Receive stock and non-stock items and verify specifications, quantity, and quality.
• Maintain appropriate records and inventory of all assigned tools, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare reports of issuance and advise on availability of required items.
• Provide logistic support and assistance on other areas as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or with relevant vocational/technical training.
• Experience in inventory, materials management, or construction-related work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

• May kaalaman sa tamang pamamaraan ng konstruksiyon at mga pamantayan sa kaligtasan.
• Responsable, masipag, at may kakayahang magdesisyon sa mga usaping pang-site.
• Kayang makipag-ugnayan nang maayos sa mga Engineer, Supervisor, at manggagawa.
• Handa ring makilahok sa aktwal na trabaho habang nangangasiwa sa kanyang grupo.
